The display is an 8-inch IPS display, and it has anti-glare coatings giving you clarity when used outside in daylight. It’s got impressive brightness and contrast, making it an excellent option for outdoor work or under the day’s sunshine. Most consumer standard tablets don’t respond to touch when we wear a glove, but the Vanquisher 8-inch works incredibly well either way when you wear a glove or not. You may have to press the screen’s touch with a bit more pressure than you’re used to in regular tablets. Skeptical? Don’t be. You’ll get used to it with more practice.
PERFORMANCE
Multitasking is made easy with a standard and powerful processor and sufficient RAM to run all your apps efficiently. With this device, you can ascend to a whole new level of productivity when you use a responsive keyboard or mouse. The storage capacity of 64GB is not very large, but it is expandable to 128GB if you need extra storage space. You won’t be missing your regular pc experience when you add in the keyboard with backlit, responsive, and well-spaced keys. The typing is also excellent, with adequate travel and snappy feedback. It gets more enjoyable when you use the stylus pen, but you’ll have to buy a stylus from Amazon or your favorite store. The Pen works just fine for sketching or drawing and feels like a real pen when you take notes.
The cameras will come in handy for first responders when they need them and when field workers need to take a picture of this and that. Sending files over the internet is made easy with Wi-Fi, and when Wi-Fi seems to be far away, they can always switch to 4G LTE. The U-Blox GPS is very accurate and locks on very quickly. The USB and power ports are on the short sides, making it perfect to use in vehicles when placed on your vehicle’s dashboard for GPS navigation and positioning or monitoring traffic and weather. The battery is also not disappointing and can last up to 9 hours of usage time.
